The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Article 101 of the Criminal Procedural code of Ukraine (re the Participation of the State Border Defense Bodies in the Criminal Legal Proceedings)"

The Law defines the bodies of the frontier service of Ukraine as the inquest bodies in cases on illegal passing over the state border and in cases on use of false documents on during the state frontier passing.

A relevant Bill is registered under №5004.
